How it ships.
Books are printed on demand by Lightning Source and shipped from Tennessee or Pennsylvania. Standard turnaround is three to five business days. If your order includes a bundle or signed edition, that ships from our Houston studio (also three to five days).
Returns.
Thirty-day return window. If the book arrived damaged, send a photo and we ship a replacement. If you decide the workbook isn't right, return any unmarked copy for a refund.
